Due to the overall production size of this microlot (only 4 bags total), we were only allowed to buy a total of 6 lbs. Even with the small quantity, we are extremely happy to be able to provide a handful of bags to our customers.

The pacamara bean is a hybrid Arabica bean that was developed by crossing the Pacas and Maragogipe coffee plants. The output is larger than a normal coffee bean and a somewhat atypical flavor profile to what you would normally find in plants from El Salvador. This cup produces notes of honey, sugar, strings of caramel and a little citrus to round out.
