Grown at extreme altitudes, these beans are exceptionally dense and reflect the classic high-elevation Ethiopian profile. While the bean size is smaller (common for this region), they are highly uniform and roast beautifully. As with Oda Muda, this one shines as a pourover. We get up front notes of jasmine or honeysuckle, followed by a tea like body, finished off with an array of citrus and stone fruits depending on brew temp.
