We love our Guji beans here at Roscoe Village Coffee Roasters, and this exceptional bean from the Herchere farm in the Oda Muda region is one of the best we have had this year. Hechere takes its name from the specific buying site and farm area within the Oda Muda Kebele of Guji. Grown at altitudes between 2,200 and 2,350 meters, this lot was processed at the Gerba Dogo mill, a family operation led by Gemechu Shonora and his brothers. The brothers maintain strict traceability by separating lots by region and Kebele.

This specific coffee produces a floral like aroma that pairs with a taste reminiscent of  tea, sticky fruit syrups, with cuts of lemon verbena. This is one of the best pour over cups of the year!
