Sourced from the prestigious Gedeo Zone at elevations exceeding 6,000 feet, this Grade 1 natural-processed Yirgacheffe is a masterclass in precision and clarity. Managed by Azeb Tadesse at the Worka mill in Chelchele, the coffee undergoes an intensive regimen of repeated hand-sorting to ensure a flawlessly clean profile rarely seen in dry-processed beans. By drying the whole cherry on raised beds at high altitudes, the traditional Ethiopian method infuses the seeds with a refined sweetness and a juicy, creamy mouthfeel without any of the earthy or fermented notes often associated with naturals. The result is an aromatic, sophisticated cup that balances delicate jasmine and floral notes with the bright, sweet flavors of lemon drop and strawberry, culminating in a crisp, lingering finish
