This is the sister washing station to our washed processed Dame Dabaye offering. These two washing stations were chosen for their pedigree of quality which is on full display in both bags. Kedir Hassan owns both stations and works with local farmers to source only the highest quality beans in the area.

The best way to describe this natural processed Guji is a fruit explosion. The dry (or natural) processing of this bean keeps the fruit intact while the beans are drying out in the sun. Leaving the cherry attached to the bean for an extended period of time enhances the fruit profile in both aroma and taste. We pick up a ton of berry and slight floral notes on the nose with a similar almost juice like berry on the body.
